Vermont Poker League

The Castleton / Fairhaven Special Olympics will be holding a benefit tournament on August 7th, Saturday at Fairwood Lanes Again in Fairhaven, VT.

The winner of the main H.O.R.S.E. tournament will be crowned the 2010 Vermont Player’s Champion and receive a 14k Gold Bracelet.

Registration and $10 Satellites start at 10:30am, Tournament starts at 12pm, Second Chance Turbo Tournament starts at 4pm. Side games will be running before and after the tournament.

• HORSE 5-Game rotation (Texas Hold’em, Omaha 8 or better (Hi/Lo), Razz (7 Card Stud Low), 7 Card Stud Hi, 7 Card Stud 8 or better (Hi/Lo)).
• All levels fixed limit.
• Game changes once per orbit.
• Finals of the tournament will be No Limit Texas Hold’em.
• 12pm Tournament $50 Buy-in, Freeze-out
• 5,000 Starting Chips
• 30 minute blind levels
• Standard WSOP HORSE blind schedule
• 4pm Second Chance Turbo Texas Hold’em Tournament (15 minute levels) $35 Buy-in +1 Rebuy and 1 Add-on optional.

Vermont Poker League is pleased to welcome Vinny’s Sports Bar located at 4992 Memorial Drive (US Rt 5), in Lyndonville, VT. They will be hosting Vermont Poker League events on Tuesdays at 7pm.

If any Fairwood Lanes Again player has perfect attendance on either Tuesday or Thursday nights wins the Summer Season Tournament of Champions, Fairwood Lanes Again will kick in an additional $200 cash for the winner.

We know that there are no better “salespeople” than our players because you have seen the success it has brought to bars and resturants around the state. And now is your chance to cash in on your passion!

Simply print out a few of the referral sheets below, write your name in the Referred By line and drop them off at your favorite local saloon.

Be sure to get it in the hands of the bar owner/manager and explain to them the benefits of joining Vermont Poker League for only $50 a night! It’s really that simple!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because referring a bar brings with it some valuable rewards IT IS NECESSARY to be sure that the bar owner has your name written on the Registration form they fax in. Unfortunately if your name is not on the registration form we will be unable to give credit for that bar. There are no exceptions to this.
